This is a free service for Visa Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cardholders. You pay only for goods and services ordered through the service. This service is not available for holders of other cards.

You can make any request that does not violate legal or moral norms.

Some tasks may not be possible to complete due to reasons beyond the control of the concierge service. In these cases, you will be offered an alternative solution.
