Be impressed with Visa Priority Service in Minsk Arena!

Holders of Visa Platinum, Visa Business Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cards issued by banks in the Republic of Belarus who have a valid ticket to a currently held event at Minsk Arena are entitled to Visa Priority Service at Minsk Arena.

From 15.11.2019 to 15.06.2019 on the territory of Minsk Arena.

Present your card at the VIP 1 entrance or in the VIP parking lot. After your card is validated by a Minsk Arena employee, receive a voucher that provides access to VIP Parking, the VIP entrance, and the VIP coat check.

If you arrive by your own car, your voucher can be obtained from an Arena employee at the entrance to the VIP parking lot, marked by a Visa stand (the nearest entrance to the intersection of Victors Avenue). If you approach the complex by foot, you can receive your voucher from a VIP service employee at the VIP 1 entrance (lower level).

Approach an Arena service employee with an oral request for a Visa Priority Service voucher and present your premium Visa card. The Arena service employee will check your Visa card using a card validator. Once they receive an affirmative response from the electronic validation system, the service employee will present the appropriate voucher.

For service customers arriving at an event in a vehicle, a parking place will be provided for free in a separate part of the flat parking lot at the service entrance, marked with a Visa stand (the nearest entrance to the intersection of Victors Avenue) in the amount of up to 100 cars.

Important! The VIP parking service is offered without reservation, on a first-come-first-serve basis, until the specially designated 100 parking spaces are filled.

During certain events where the entrance to the flat parking is closed, parking spaces will be provided in the multi-level parking lot.

Up to four people, with event tickets, may use a single voucher to pass through the VIP 1 entrance.

For the convenience of Visa Priority Service customers, a separate coat check operates at the VIP 1 entrance. To use it for your outer garments, present your voucher.
Access to the VIP coat check is limited by its capacity.
