Visa and Swoo Introduce Uzbekistan’s First Universal Contactless Payment Service, Swoo Pay

Visa, a global leader in digital payments, in collaboration with Swoo, an innovative digital wallet, announces the launch of Swoo Pay—the first universal contactless payment service in Uzbekistan using Android smartphones. Visa cardholders can now make secure and convenient payments worldwide simply by tapping their phone on a payment terminal.

Swoo Pay allows users to add their Visa bank cards to the Swoo app, providing fast and reliable transactions at any point of sale that supports contactless payments. The service is certified by Visa and complies with the international PCI DSS security standards, ensuring a high level of data protection for users.

To begin using Swoo Pay, users need to download the Swoo app from Google Play or HUAWEI AppGallery, add their Visa card following the in-app instructions, and then simply tap their phone on the terminal to pay.
